All parts listed below were taken off of my 2004 CTS V (only 30,000 miles on the odometer) after a fresh head/cam swap. Parts are all in pristine condition, and will be thoroughly cleaned before being packed and shipped. Items are located in Saskatchewan, but I'm willing to ship anywhere in Canada and the continental USA. More photos can be provided by request.
