They are 17x9 on all four corners, have polished hoops, and the centers have been powdercoated in gloss black roughly 1,000 miles ago. I used the wheels for one summer after having them powdercoated. The wheels are overall in good shape, but there are a few small blemishes which I've outlined in the pictures.
The wheels are being sold without tires. While there is one center cap missing in the photos, the wheels come with four center caps. Just a note - the black "FIKSE" on the center caps was done with plasti-dip, so if this does not suit your taste, it can easily be removed.
I am happy to ship them to anywhere in North America at the buyer's expense.
