These are stainless steel, here's a link to the part on Summit.

They're basically brand new, I put them on the truck and started it, but it has never gone down the road with them on it. I'm sure they have a little bit of scuffing from putting them on.

They're for a 1991 Silverado with a small block chevy. Not sure what other years it'll fit.
