Fits accessory layouts as pictured below on MANY LS/similar setups. This is an OEM part, from the manufacturer that originally made these tensioners on OEM accessory layouts, not some chinese/gates/goodyear junk. Don't be cheap with an accessory tensioner; prevent slip, and keep constant tension on your accessories. I have more than one for sale.
