I believe I have center caps for all if you want them.
First set - 15" x 10" - backspacing 8 7/8ths. CANNOT get closer to new than new on these. Have not even made a single track pass with them. I will include 1/2" spacers, lugs and washers with this set.
Second set - 15" x 10" - backspacing 7 7/8ths. These are very close to new as well.
Third set - 15" x 8" - backspacing 6 7/8ths. Very good shape. Almost lost a finger polishing them up! These are drilled for screws to keep tires from spinning (cheap man's bead locks!). Missing one screw, but will include others. You do not need to run the screws if you do not want to. I most recently ran a set of the MT drag radials on them with without the screws and they worked great.

I don't have a 4th gen, so I cannot say for sure. The lug pattern is correct. Hopefully somebody can chime in and validate correct offsets. I believe the they would both work. The first set May require the spacers, that is why I included them with that set.
