I have an LS7 block with approx 36k miles on it. I had the mains line bored and ARP Main Studs installed, while it was at the machine shop I had them hone the cylinders only to get the block back and find out it needs bored. (they charged me for the hone and didn't mention the wear in the cylinders) This block would be great for a build and I'm very disappointed that I won't be able to use in my own project. The price is firm, I'm just trying to get my money back out of it for it sitting in the machine shop for the entire month I've owned it. Local pick-up delivery or pickup is preferred (Long Beach, CA). Shipping is available at the buyers expense.
Edit: I just got the cylinders measured, and they are all 4.126-4.128" with a max taper of .002" All of the cylinders are round with a max out of round of .001" That means that a .005" over bore and piston will work for this block. The worst ridge is .001" at the top of the ring land, and the machine shop told me that it can be run as is with stock pistons, but will need over sized piston rings hand filed down to match the bore.
