This is a complete GTO (24x) style swap kit. This has everything you would need to put a gen 3 motor in whatever you want, while still using a gen IV PCM. This includes a complete standalone wire harness, an E40 PCM, I believe it's a T45 TCM, the matching throttle pedal, and a stock LS2 throttle body. This is a matched packaged designed to work together.
