JL audio sub box fits in the hatch on the drivers side. I added carpeting to the front to match the dark gray interior (1999), can be swapped easily too. The enclosure is sealed and fits a 10" sub.

Installed in this box is an older audiobahn 10" dual coil sub, and I also have an audiobahn amp that I will send along. Both are older (about 7 years) but still worked great when I pulled them. Nothing wrong with the setup, sounds great in a hatch. I am just making this t/a into a drag car so I am dropping weight.
