Vigilante stall . I bought this off of here from another member thinking it would work for my 1998 4l60e . After contacting precision industries and having them check the serial # , it will not work with the newer 4l60e . The splines are different and the hub that goes into the flywheel is different . The stall is in very good shape , and I had all intentions of using it as is in my car but it will not work . Fluid in it looked brand new . Supposed to only have a few thousand miles on it . Im just trying to recover what I have into it . Its an $ 800 + converter new with shipping . I have 350 plus shipping into it and thats what i want to sell it for . Thanks .

Bump for you. I'm a huge fan of Vigilante converters. Had a 4000 in my 1995 Formula. and have a 3600 in my current 2000 Camaro. Great efficient with great street manners even with higher stall. Good luck with the sale.

I think this converter might also work for c5 corvettes. Maybe check with Precision. might give you a better chance to sell it. good luck

Default Converter

Is this a single or triple disk, also is it anti-ballooning (N2O) capable?

I assume it is a single disc . Its a billet converter , I think they are all anti-balooning . Correct Me if I am wrong . 36761 is the serial # if You want to call Precision . I called them a couple times before I found out it was for the older 4l60e . I asked if they could rebuild it for the ls1 engine but they said it would be easier to just sell it and get a converter made for my car .
