bought these a couple weeks ago had the flanges installed on the exhaust right after the first cats. did not like how it sounded open at throttle. just paid $440 for these. they cut and modified the flanges so much that i could not jsut cut them off. seeing as how they dont have the flanges, gaskets or bolts im asking $350 shipped.
