Newly rebuilt 823 casting LS3 heads with brand new valves/seals.
Heads were built and checked over by Cassell Engines here in Spokane WA.
They come with all rocker arms/stands and bolts.

Update: Decided to keep current springs, 650 obo now and comes with blue springs.
