What year sway bars are those are they 32mm hollow front bars?

The sway bars are from a 2001 Trans Am ws6.
I have no idea if they are hollow or not.

If I ship the wheels, it will be $400 plus shipping.
I'm pretty sure it will expensive for the buyer to have these shipped.
I'm not against shipping them, but some people may not understand how expensive it is to ship large heavy items.
