I've decided to throw a feeler out there and see if anybody might be interested in purchasing this bad *** turbo as is, before I send it to Forced Inductions for a rebuild. This turbo consists of a billet 88mm compressor wheel, combined with a 1.00 exhaust housing, built on the GT55 platform, and listed on the CRT website as their "HPX" model. My car trapped 154mph with this thing at the Bandimere Speedway in Denver with a 9000DA, on only 15psi with my 3700lb pig. It moves a lot of air. I realized it needed a rebuild 3 days before I was set to take the car to the track a few months ago, so I just went ahead and had Forced Inductions overnight a new turbo to me.

I will disclose that I tried to remove the exhaust housing unsuccessfully, and broke a piece off the center cartridge in the process. I do not think it will affect the performance of the turbo. You can see the piece missing in the last pic. You be the judge. My asking price reflects this.

At any rate, this turbo is $2995 new. I'm at $1000 firm as is. You can send it to FI and get it rebuilt for under $500 and you'll have a 7 second capable turbo for less than 2k.

Thanks!
