Just ordered this engine from Thompson Motorsports (texas) and have decided to go another route. This was their premium shortblock that cam with a high flow melling oil pum, timing chain and howard’s cam

Callies Compstar 4.00” crank
K1 h beam forged rods with Arp bolts
-15cc diamond pistons
Arp mains installed
317 heads freshened up by little apple machine shop. They took .005” off mating surface. BTR 660 springs /titanium retainers, valve seals installed by them.
BTR trunnion upgraded rockers
TSP 7.425” hardened pushrods
Morel lifters (will update with p/n)
LS6 Valley cover
Howards Cam 236/250.625/.625 115lsa
Proform tall Valve covers (black)
Everything is brand new besides the rocker arms that have the btr trunnion upgraded (never ran).
