WTB: new (or use) long or shortblock
Long story short, my FRC's motor has used oil since I bought it. So, I could pull it, re-build, and reinstall, but I dont' want the downtime if I can avoid it. So, I'm looking for a healthy new mill for my '99 FRC.
So, if you're thinking about switching setups, parting your car, etc... keep me in mind. The car will probably stay N/A for a while, but I'd like something in the 9.0-9.5:1 CR as that will essentially 'force' me into a boosted application down the road. I would prefer to hear/drive/etc prior to purchasing. However, will require a compression test and dyno sheets to prove the health of the motor.
With that said... let me know what you have.
