WTB: Rotating Assy. maybe Heads

I have a bone stock LS1 that needs to be rebuilt.

My HP goals are 400-450

Looking to buy rotating assy, to kick of the re-build.

possibly looking to purchase new heads also.

Where are you from?

I have a forged shortblock I need to assemble that would fit your bill nicely. Then you can sell yours to get some of the money back.

1800 once assembled

Also have these nice flowing heads for sale:

I am from VA.

Details about the parts...milage, brand, pics, specs, etc?

wasnt relly looking for an assembled block, so maybe that could help lower the price?

pretty sure i am going with 243 heads, i think its all I need at an affordable price and HP im trying to achieve 400-450hp, but i'll check out your link now.. im gonna guess expensive before i look :D

They are 5.3 heads, which will give you more compression (giving you a power bump).

1500 for the setup unassembled. I have that in parts alone, not counting the block, crank, machine work, or balancing.... All of which are done. Rings just need file fit and the setup assembled

I was going to run this entire setup in my LS1 miata that never came to be. I wanted a reliable 7,200rpm capable engine but have since decided not to do the swap.

2000 SHIPPED takes the shortblock and heads. Shove a healthy camshaft in it and push the upper your limits and probably pass your goal of 450rwhp that can be hit with an 200 shot reliably all day long.

Specs on engine:
1999 blocked, decked, rough and final honed
1999 crank balanced with Scat Forged Rods and Mahle Forged and Coated Pistons
BNIB Clevite bearings
File Fit Mahle Rings

File the rings and assemble it. Shouldn't take more then a day to do.

I'd take pictures of it all, but everything is wrapped up and coated in fogging oil to keep it from rusting, so you won't see much from the pictures.
