Need a Converter and Drag Radials

Hello, looking for a stall converter for a 4L60E. Must be minimum of 3600 rpm, would prefer it to be 3800/4000 or somewhere around there. Yank, Vig, Circle D, or fuddle please. NO TCI or B&M!!

Also looking for a set of drag radials in 275/40/17. Must be mickey thompsons or BFG's, NO nittos! Got to have a decent amount of tread left.
