Got one for sale!
It's out of a 2002 Trans AM, so its the Ebony color. It'll fit your 1999 model, and you probably wont notice the slightly darker shade. It's clean, no cracks and looks great.
But it is missing one of the 4 clips on the bottom. I used velcro in that spot without any problems, even without the velcro is still sat snuggly down onto the dash.
