PCM and harness I am having some electrical issues. I am considering changing out the entire engine bay harness and pcm.. I have a 1998 formula but i have heard bad things about the 98 pcm, so i'd be looking for a 99 or newer pcm, doesn't really matter if it has or doesn't have a tune on it. The harness needs to be in good condition, no splices, or tears in the wires.
