LQ4/LQ9 Shortblock and cam asap!
Alright everyone I threw a rod on my stock motor about a month ago and want to replace it with either a lq4 or lq9 (prefer lq9 for the higher compression but lq4 works too) I'll be honest I'm new to this buying an entire shortblock/longblock thing since I was hoping not to HAVE to ever do this but more by choice someday. So please let me know exactly what is included in what you have and what I would need to make it a complete motor with what I have off my stock 346cu. as I'm still trying to grasp what is all needed to get going again.
Also I had a custom spec cam in my 346 and want to switch it out for something closer to an ms3/ g5x3 or x4 for this new motor so let me know if you have something like this as well. I will most likely be getting rid of my custom spec ( its 231/235 111+4 lsa and lift is in the 600/601 area I believe) once my motor is out and have a new cam.
Pm me on here or email me at ckall@asu.edu. Trying to get this done asap
