SJM Manufacturing sells a nice ABS delete kit. Check out their site.

I just finished doing my TCS delete. I found the throttle cable online, but the cruise cable is damn near IMPOSSIBLE to find. Can't get them anywhere retail, nobody has them in stock (used sites). You'll need to find one at a junkyard or find someone that is parting out a car.
Both cables need to be from a 94-95 Z28.

The cruise cable is probably hard to find used as a salvage yard would sell it with the cruise module. Opening the cruise module to get the cable out almost ALWAYS breaks 2-3 screws off into the aluminum cruise control module housing... Better of just getting the entire unit...

Ive got a complete cruise module and cable and throttle cable from a 95 for $35 plus shipping....

^^ You don't have to open the cruise module to get the cable out.
