WTB: Vented valley cover (LS6?)

I'm looking for a valley cover that has the tubes for the knock sensors and the updated PCV setup. This is going on an '03 LQ9 with LS6 intake manifold, if it matters any. Or, does anyone know where/how to relocate the knock sensors if I can't find a vented valley cover with the knock sensor tubes?
