Default Dead pistons..

Hey guys-

Looking for a couple dead pistons for a "decorative" welding project and am looking for some toasted pistons out of an LS1 or anything really..

Anyone?

I have one LT1 piston that looks fine but changed size when the pin was pressed out of it. My machinist recommended I get another piston, but I still have this one. No clue what a dead piston is worth though.

Try posting in the southern regional forum too. I have some stock LS1 pistons but they're still in good usable shape.

I have a couple of CP pistons from a blown race engine. Let me know what they're worth to you and you pay shipping. These are not usable but look good.

Pretty much worthless. They make great ashtrays.

Yeh, I don't need a usable piston, I'm going to destroy it anyway, most likely.

What would you want for one? I don't want to sound cheap, but I am. LOL

I have 8 if you need more...lol. 8 Pistons that kissed valves AND 8 Rods which could help you with the decorations. How does $10 per piston or $15 per Piston/Rod Combo, plus shipping sound?

****, I've been trying to sell my stock GOOD pistons/rods for $100 and nobody would buy them. Guess I'm not trying hard enough.
