Forged shortblock or rotating assembly wanted As it says in the title I'm looking to buy a short block with forged internals or just the forged rotating assembly. Of course this is a budget build so I am looking in the $2500 and less range. Let me know what you have and if you are interested in any partial trades for stuff also or just cash. I'm in MO.

anybody selling? I remember somebody talking about building a forged short block on one of these threads for about $2600 or so but now can not find it.

I've got my 408. Iron 6.0 block, Callies crank, Oliver rods, diamond piston, he'll fire rings, clevite h bearings, ported ls6 pump. All assembled and running. Has about 10,000 miles I'll sell for $2600 firm, plus shipping which is around 150-200. Or you can pick up in fl 34984.

If anybody is interested, I'd trade my 87 trans am, 5 speed, tune port, t-top car with 57,000 miles on it with a clear title for an lsx shortblock or longblock . The car will need paint but runs awesome. Really need to get an engine going for my convt.
