WTB HP Tuners Suite I'm looking for a HP tuners VCM Suite. I only have one LS1 that I want to tune so there isn't a need to purchase a new one with the 8 credits. https://cimg0.ibsrv.net/gimg/ls1tech...92b1a5723b.jpg If you have something like this let me know and a price. Serious buyer for the right price. I was looking at the $499 version and was hoping someone had a used one that would let go for 1/2 that. Not wanting to spend more than $250 -$300 shipped for that version with at least one-two credits. And $200 or so for one that has zero credits. Trying to save some cash here guys. If I'm going to pay any more than that I might as well buy it new. Thanks, Dennis |

sill looking, may have to buy it new I wanted to point out my PCM is for a 2004 GTO and the only one I would ever be working on. So if you have something "unlocked" for anything other than I wouldn't be interested. Also I would like to re-state nothing in the $450 range, otherwise I will buy new. I'm trying to find something 1/2 that cost for my application. Thanks |
I looked and looked on this and other boards, never had any luck so I bought it new. Do not buy from HPTuners themselves unless you have infinite patience. No feedback or tracking number upon purchase. Ordered 12/4/2014, no communication till I got the tracking number on 12/16/2014 and it arrived 12/18/2014. Several other people stated they got it near right away when ordering it thru Summit. One fellow said he'd walked into a speed shop, paid for it and walked out. I just don't think HPTuners themselves are set up to be a retail distributor. Great product though! If I were to do it all over again, I'd order it from anyplace that could verify it was in stock and that they'd send a confirmation/tracking number. Every place I checked seemed to charge near the same $649 for the HPTuner Pro suite. Good luck. |
Thanks for the heads up, that's good to know. I may end up buying new anyway. Most likely through jegs or summit Cars in the shop getting painted, Once it comes back I have some bugs to iron out of my engine. I had the PCM originally done by Brendan at lt1swap.com. It seems to be working fine, but I think it would be nice to be able to actually dig into the computer myself and look at the what it's actually doing. |
I'm doing a write up for first time users of HPTuners for boost here...https://ls1tech.com/forums/forced-in...ers-boost.html |
