I think you can get brand new 823s bare from Scoggin-Dickey for about $600 a set, maybe a little more. Might be a tad high, but I don't mind paying for what I know rather than what someone trying to offload something will tell you.

I have a set of 0821 castings that we're take off from a crate engine, bare as you want them in perfect shape. $400 and I'm in eastern MI
Also have PSI 1511 springs with retainers, keepers and platforms if interested
