Which mounting bracket for the P1SC are you currently using ?

With the Procharger and Aster bracket you might be able to use the 8 rib 7.6" crank pulley.

I'd ask Bob @ Brute speed to confirm if the belt alignment is the same as 8 rib.

cbm makes a 8.65 for the aster bracket , i think they are a machine shop . Maybe they would make you one .

I'm running the standard procharger J bracket with a 6" crank pulley and 3" blower pulley. I have thought about running the 7 or 8" eight rib pulley, however, that is a really expensive belt slip fix right now as I would need an ATI Super Damper, crank pulley, new blower pulley to keep 7-8psi, new belt, etc.
