I have a set of 823’s milled down to about 63-64cc, btr 660 springs, and hollow stem intake valves. They were hand ported. 3 spark plug holes have inserts in them. They are ready to bolt on and go. Asking $850 I’ll cover shipping. Buyer covers PayPal fees. Pm me if interested.
