I've got a brand new Yank PY3400 converter, never used, that would probably be perfect for you. Cost 950.00, Will sell for 650.00 shipped. Fits TH400 & TH350.

I have a TCS one that was reworked by Yank to be around a 3500 stall. I don't have it back yet from storage but it's essentially new. $400 shipped.
