i have a t 56 coming tomorow and i need a cluch if some one can help me out that would be great let me no

Kevls1826 has a NIB Spec stage 3 for $200+shipping with the flywheel throw out and pilot bearings. PM him about it and let him know I told you about it.

I've got a stock LS6 clutch 11k miles on it with flywheel. 75 plus ride? Its not going to last behind any CRAZY power but if your doing a tranny swap it will get you going down the road nicely.
