NEEDED: 99+ Coil pack harness

i need a coil pack harness for my car.... one of the coil connectors on mine is fubard... :(

anyone have one?

LS1CMR 08-31-2005 10:22 AM

ill sell you the complete coil set for $150 + shipping has brackets, coils, and wires

MrDude_1 08-31-2005 10:33 AM

im looking for just the harness....

really my harness is fine except for one coil connector... if someone has one coil connector they could clip off (prefably the #6 one) then id take that too

LS1CMR 08-31-2005 10:50 AM

if your just looking for the connector just go to NAPA and they sell the connectors for like $5, cheaper than paying shipping

im sure its possible to look it up and have it ordered, but the guys at the two local NAPAs were..... well, lets just call them "less then qualified to help"... heh.

I have one from a 98 harness if it will work. Would do $20 shipped. I know I plugged a 2002 harness into my 98 engine and it works great. Should be no problem for you.

MrDude_1 08-31-2005 01:21 PM

i know the white connector is the same, but are the individual coil connectors the same? thats the part that i think is diffrent...

Red Heartbeat 08-31-2005 03:39 PM

They have to be the same since I reused my 98 harnesses when I switched to 2002 heads and coil packs. I'll refund all but the shipping if it doesn't work.

how diffrent is the 98 one? i know the coils are seperate... when you have it compared to the 2002 harness, are the lengths the same?

Red Heartbeat 08-31-2005 10:27 PM

I just dug through my saved parts bin and found that I used 2002 coil harnesses when I did my head conversion. The coil pack connectors must be different. The main harness connector is the same.

MrDude_1 11-10-2005 02:26 PM

TTT

i still need either the coil pack harness, or a connector that plugs into a 99-02 LS1 coil.

i dont mind if its something clipped off of the harness, as long as there are leads long enough to solder/heatshrink...

anyone??? (currently im using a friends coil packs, his car is down.. but its getting fixed soon......)

i need the connector that connects to ONE single coil. theres 4 of them on each side... its NOT the big white connector.

im not trying to be rude about it, but ive had 2 of the wrong ones sent in the mail already... lol.

I have a 1999 coil pack harness set. Both sides. I repaired 1 side when a wire shorted out and burned abit. I repaired it with solder and shrink tape. Worked great. $30 plus shipping for the pair.

MrDude_1 11-15-2005 09:45 AM

i got one from Tom the roofer.... thanks!
