Clutch Pedal spring insert

Clutch Pedal spring insert I looking for the plastic insert piece that goes on the clutch pedal to hold the small clutch spring at the U bend and pedal. (under dash) I don't think you can buy it separately.
New or used, I broke mine. Any help would be greatly appreciated. jwcej@msn.com
