WTB 243 Heads Looking for a good price on a set of 243 Heads. Bent the valve stems in my 853's and I'm getting a new cam, so it's time to upgrade!

what are 243's and 853's. call me stupid, but i dont know. i have a set of 5.3 liter heads complete with valve covers off of a 2001 suburban with 70k miles for sale
