98-02 cats from fbody needed to pass inspection does anyone have a set of cats they dont need and they are just lying around well my friend just moved to charlotte and he needs them to pass inspection...

there's alot of people buying our cats for about 125 - 150 bucks shipped, thats what he could expect to pay...
is he running an ORY? it might be best for him to just get a high flow cat setup...

Does he needs just the cats or he needs the complete Ypipe setup ?
