You can buy the muffler from SLP. You can also buy the I pipe and tail pipes separately from SLP.

I thought the Dual/Dual was out of production and the only mufflers you could get from SLP were the Loudmouth family ones.

Just to specify I am interested in the OEM or aftermarket version of the Dual-Dual system like was optional on the SS and appeared on the Firehawks. Not the Loudmouth variants.

Wow I couldn't find that on there. Thanks for the link.

They do have the D/D from the 1997's listed... I think they might be louder but the inlet is only 2.5in.

You can't buy "the package" with all of the parts including hangers. You can filter through the site and buy the pieces separately. They recently even posted hangers for sale again. I know you can do this because I did it this past summer. I bought the Dual/Dual muffler (unused) off a member here because it was less than from SLP. I bought the stainless tailpipes, a stainless I-pipe, and Dual/Dual tips from SLP. They no longer list the tips as F-body tips, I think they were listed for a Pontiac Grand Am or something like that. They (SLP) don't have the over the axle pipe available right now. I manufactured my own hangers from GM parts. You need to be able to weld or have a shop weld the tips in place. Best option for I-pipe and over the axle pipe would be from Walker. The SLP pipe will not match up with the Walker pipe over the axle properly. They (Walker) have an I-pipe and over the axle pipe that are 3" all of the way, but they are not stainless.

Damn right after I already got the rear section sans tips

I think for the rest I might just go with the Dynomax intermediate and overaxle pipe + some Corsa clone tips, unless someone that has the SLP overaxle pipe chimes in...

It was the dual dual I think. I didn't know there were two similar SLP mufflers.
