Ds Window Parts needed my damn window rolls half way down and stops.then i wait like 5 mins and the motor cools off and then bam it rolls down the rest of the way.
Im thinking im in need of a window regulator and motor. maybe a new window switch as well

AutoZone now sells a replacement motor, which has been recently re-designed to help the problem. According to their literature, the original design is prone to letting dirt it, which damages the auto shut-off switch inside the motor.
I've gone through 6 of the old design (on lifetime warranty) and installed an after market motor/regulator combo before I got this info. (I got the new motors on my final lifetime exchange and will probably put them back in if I have problems with my new reg/motor combo.)
