Would I be better off getting 3.42's if I drive my car on the highway a lot? I was talking to a guy I work with about it and he said i'd be ok on the highway with 3.73's because the tire size I run? Thanks for any input.

You'll be fine with 3.73's and it'll definitely be a nice change from the 2.73's... Yea you may notice a little gas mileage difference, but you'll be tickled blue with the ***** that the gears will add to your car...
You're a 2 series if your car came with a stock gear of 308 or lower and you're a 3 series if it came with a 323 or higher...
A little literature that may help ya out..

I'm not sure about true TA's but mine was just a 3.8 bird with the Y87 and W68 package before I dropped the all mighty LS1 in it.. Since it was Y87 my rear end had limited slip and 3.42's in it.. Not sure if there was such an option with TA's or not, but something you might wanna look into..
