Default 2004 GTO thermostat

Ok, this is how smart I am, I tried to save some money by buying a water pump off of ebay, well..... turns out its not an f-body pump but rather an 04 GTO, so... I now need a thermostat for an 04 GTO. they're smaller than f-body thermostats. I'm sure this will eat up anything I saved, but oh well, live and learn!!! Anybody got one? Thanks, Eric

Water pumps changed over mid year, March I think. I think the trucks are the same. Anything '05+ should work.

The hole in the waterpump is about 1/4 inch or so smaller, F-body thermostat wouldn't go in! 2005 trucks are smaller? Does anybody know if they have the thermostat built into the housing, or are they separate? I've been told they were

I think I still have my stock one, just have to find where I put it. Here's a pick of what it looks like that I found on LPE's site.
