I have valley cover from a 2001 5.3 donor motor,also have the timing cover should be the same hit me back if your interested..

I have the front timing cover with bolts, new gasket and new seal, $80 shipped for all. I also have 2 valley plate covers. The stock one is $50 shipped and I have a custom one that has the bowtie on it for $129 shipped. Gasket and bolts go with whichever one sells first. PM me if interested.
