Can't compare downloaded file with LS1 Edit.

I am trying to compare my VE table with an LS1 Edit file for a Z06 that I downloaded. I get this message when I try to do a read; "File does not have same Segment 1 I.D."
Am I doing something wrong or is this not allowed?
