Car running really lean on ltft bank 2
First problem I had was the p0300 code which is the misfire in cyclinder. Then I got a code for running to lean on bank 2. The predator was reading 15 and sometimes 25 ltft when idling. I replaced the plugs and wires but I still have that problem. Next I'm going to replace the o2 sensor. Does bank 2 mean the passenger side?

bank 2 is passenger side... but, is it sensor 1, or sensor 2?
sounds like you have a leak somewhere.. vacuum leak, intake leak, exhaust leak...
and here's some info about the P0300: http://www.gearchatter.com/viewtopic10587.php

I got a stock sensor laying around but the sensor I need is a denso. Will anything be affected if I used the stock o2 with the denso for now....long enough to see if that's the problem??

Your right...it's not the o2 sensor. I replaced the sensor but still have that problem. Noticed today it went so lean I got a p0174 code. Once that happened my 3k stall converter wouldn't lockup. Tomorrow I'm going to pull the plugs and check them.

I think I finally fixed the problem. Had 2 exhaust leaks. One was where the header bolts to the head and the other was where the y pipe connects to the header. Tomorrow I'm going to check other places for leaks. Then I think it's time for a tune by Frost.

Damn exhaust leak wasn't the problem!!!!!!!!Coming home today from work the same damn code popped up......the p0300. So I put the driver side ignition coils on the passenger and passenger on the driver side along with replacing the header gaskets with the gm gaskets. In the morning I'm going to get under the car and check the header for leaks at the welds. If that doesn't work what else should I look for. Could it be a internal problem????

Next step is checking your injector connectors and plug wires, to ensure they are properly connected.
I usually disconnect, inspect, and reconnect all 8 injectors first (look for bent or oxidized connector terminals).
If nothing found, I remove each plug wire and hit it with the Ohm-meter, also looking for signs of damage or oxidation. All wires should be within a max of 10% resistance of each other as a general rule. Apply a light film of dielectric grease, and reinstall ensuring a nice "click" on each end when they seat.
We usually find the problem in the plug wires, when a guy removes them by yanking the wire instead of the boot. Given all the header R&R you've been doing, chances are a plug wire either got damaged, fatigued, or just isn't seated all the way.

I visited gearchatter and I believe it's my fuel injectors on the passenger side. Sometimes my ltft's are way off on bank 2 and sometimes dead on. I even swapped the driver side o2 with the passenger side and still was way lean on passenger side.

Could just be a poor electrical connection on one or more injector(s) on that bank. Costs $0 to disconnect and check, and the process of removing/reinstalling the injector connectors usually scrapes off corrosion if it's present.

The ground wire where it connects to the pin in the coil pack connector on passengers side for me was loose causing extreme negative long term fuel trims. Cause it was losing spark intermittently and going rich then the computer would pull fuel on that bank. I'de check that connector.
The fact that it effects the entire cylinder bank makes it easier to track down if its a wiring issue because it has to be a wire that every injector or every coil pack on that side shares.

That was it.......corrosion on the fuel injector connections. Everything runs smooth now. Thanks a bunch for the help. Now I'm going to get some electrical cleaner and do all the connections. Damn I'm glad the searching is over. Now I can get some sleep finally. Thanks
