i just got long tubes and a ORY and i have herd that you can fool the computer in to thinking that the rear O2s are connected by using a resistor.if so what resistor do i use and how i do it.

O2 Simulators run around $60 used on here all the time...check the classifieds for O2 Sims.

use sparkplug antifowelers. you can get them in any parts store.
get two for each side.($ 4.00)
youll need a 9/16 drill bit to drill out so the o2 sensor fits into the antifoweler. screw that antifoweler into the other one then screw that into the exhaust pipe.
repeat for the otherside.
i had them on my car for a year after i gutted my cats before i got headers.i had no code issues.
what it does is it fools the computer. it reads the warm up and cool down cycle but doesnt read the exhaust because the sensor is above the exhaust flow.

Doesn't work. The PCM is smarter than that. If it notices the rear O2's aren't switching, it will command a rich mixture, and watch for the rear O2 sensor signal to change (follow the fronts). When the sensors do nothing, it will throw a code.

My friend bought the O2 sims on his Sierra with LT's, didn't work worth a damn for that very reason.

The spark plug non-fouler method works pretty well, but the foolproof method is to just have them tuned out via HP Tuners or the like.
