Those who have/still do tune on LT1's. Come in please!
I posted this is the LT1 section but didn't realize there was a tuning section. Maybe someone here can help me?
I'm tryin to get some tuning done on my LT1 car and I'm having a problem of getting my a/f right under a load. In 1st and 2nd when there isn't much load on the engine at wot the a/f is 11.9 down low and as the RPM's climb at about 5k the a/f gets to about 12.8 which is where I want it. When I hit 3rd the a/f will go down to 11.3's or so and climb up to 12.3 or so and in 4th the a/f goes to 10.0, and climbs to maybe 11.0. We need to work on the high freq maf tables. I need something to datalog and correlate afr vs rpm vs maf freq. What can I use to do this? I'm using a LM-1 handheld wideband. My cars a 95 with the so called OBD 1.5 computer. lol
Thanks!
