Default wideband going nutz!! 12 to 16 A/F HELP!

wideband is reading anywhere, radically, from 12 to 16. It changes every tenth of a second. This is at idle! wideband is calibrated and working perfectly. Idle is kinda steady car also wont drive no power. car has been tuned. trex, headers thats it! could something mechanically be wrong. Bent valve, bad lifter I'm new to this please help!

A misfire will spoof the wideband sensor with a pulse
of fresh air, indicating lean. May be intermittent if you
are flickering back and forth. Try scanning for Misfire
Current Cylinder PIDs 1-8 and see if the misfire counts
and lean excursions seem to be eyeball-correlated
(may be some lag in the pipe, but if misfire jump leads
a lean jump then maybe you have something worth
chasing).

Also look at some key sensors, like IAT and ECT, for
jumpiness; flaky ECT can really smack fuel and spark
around. Hard acceleration may show you intermittent
harness / connector kinds of problems that won't be
there at idle or even strapped to the rollers.
