xfi tunes
 

just got my ls1 rebuilt. its in the car and about to start up. it has xfi to run it. if anyone is interested in offering tunning advice, and /or learning about the xfi system, please comment. it has 2 ls1 tunes loaded in it, a 346hotcam with 36lb injectors, and a 427 with 65lb injectors. and i have the tune that i messed with over the last couple years driving the car. i am wondering how close these startup tunes should be to have the engine run well. all i have to do is change the ci displacement and injector size. the motor was put back together after a fuel pump failure caused a melted piston or two. now it has stock gto 243 heads with .006 milled, diamond pistons -2cc, stock rods and crank. the rings are gapped for a 300 shot, if it ever sees it.
