Got a code I can't figure out
 

I was scanning my car, and I got a stored code, that I can't figure out. It says Module 60, TDC U1300, Class 2 Short to Ground.

The only thing that I can figure out is that it is in the Class 2 data link, but I don't know where to start looking. My service manual doesn't even list a U1300 or other 1300 code.
