Low Input on MAF...What's it mean?

I'm getting an SES code that says low input on mass air flow circuit. What could be causing it? I just had a problem with an o2 sensor and threw a lot of codes. When I got the problem fixed and deleted the codes, this one stayed. Help.

Low fequency input from maf, air leak, bad maf or sensor fuse popped.
All them o2 codes check the fuse first.
