Gonna dyno, what a/f / spark combos to try?

Gonna dyno, what a/f / spark combos to try? I am takin my car in to dyno. I think i am only going to do 3 passes, but we shall see.
I got an awesome street tune and have it running at 12.8 w/ 23* WOT (i believe the spark backs down a little bit in the middle rpms.
I think i will try that combo and I think it would be smart to try others. Id like to get the tunes ready beforehand just to be prepared.
What else should I try?
404 ls2, ls1 heads, torquer v3, ls6 intake, long tubes.
