Default Hesitation

Ok I own a 1999 Z28, It has 142K and for a couple months I've had hesitation on and off throughout my driving. I read the dtc's and got p0137/p0157/p0410/p0412/p0418. I've replaced almost all the ignition(coils/plugs/wires), cleaned the injectors, changed the oxygen sensors, the 400 codes all were related to a blown 25A fuse under the hood (air pump) which is fixed. I've erased all the dtc's and havent had the car throw anymore codes, yet it still hesitates espically 1 to 4 (gotta love the t6) where as it used to handle the low rpms really well... also my mpg has gone down dramatically... used to get 28ish on the highway... the other day i drove outta town 200ish miles and back and checked my mpg just for the trip, i only avg 19ish. Just looking for anything that may help or if i'm just missing something that i havent thought to look for.
