Car wont start after cam change

Car wont start after cam change My buddy swapped cams in his 00 camaro. It ran for 20 min, drove for 1/2 mile then just died. We have checked power, grounds, and had hpt hooked up to it and cant figure out anything. hp tuners doesnt show cranking rpm, cam position, or current cylinder. No spark or fuel. Fuel pump runs with key cycle, I can manually turn on all outputs with hpt as well. Very stumped......I have some strange communication errors as well. U1000, and B1000 comes up. Any help would be appreciated.

You should see cranking RPM. id there is an rpm pid then you ill see rmp regardless. Its should be reading 2-300rpm while cranking.
If your not getting any are you getting injector pulse? No spark sounds like a CKP problem.
